Since the topic of the project (lifelong career guidance) is a very relevant one and very actual for all EU member states, special emphasis was placed on the further development of the project ideas and their implementation in collaboration with institutions outside Slovenia. Therefore the project framework, ideas and results was presented at international conferences and meetings on the relevant topic in order to test international relevance of the project and establish the right connections to continue and upgrade the project results internationally even after the official conclusion of the project.
At the annual conference of The Association for Teacher Education in Europe (ATEE), which took place between 25 and 27 August 2014 in Braga, Portugal, Project Leader, Dr Urška Štermfel, participated with her paper Teaching in the 21st Century: Student’s Employability, Teachers’ Responsibility, as part of which she presented the theoretical framework of the CAREER project.
At the annual meeting of the Network of Education Policy Centres (NEPC), which was held in Belgrade between 22 and 24 February 2015, Project Associate Suzana Geržina, MA, presented the activities carried out as part of the CAREER project and made some useful contacts for the dissemination of project results and activities in the international arena.
